There is almost an innate connection that exists between cars and music. Since radios were added to the interior, and through their evolution up to now, when people have driven in their car, they listened to their music. A car company which focuses on excellence should not only extend that excellence to the way passengers listen to music, but also show a passion for the music. And that’s exactly what the Lincoln Motor Company plans to do as the biggest night in music is fast approaching.

According to media.lincoln.com, Lincoln’s design team joined forces with Revel’s engineering team to create an amplifier used in a 60-second commercial featuring Gary Clark Jr. As Gary Clark Jr. walks out of a Lincoln Continental, onto a stage in an empty theatre, he plugs his guitar into the amplifier designed by Lincoln and engineered by Revel. This is to both amplify both the 12-speaker sound system found in the Lincoln Continental, also designed by Lincoln and engineered by Revel, and Lincoln’s passion for music that goes into the design of the car.
